Copyright and Licensing Information COPYRIGHT MATERIAL The Contents (“Contents”) including, any audio & data files contained within the sample packs (“Collection”) via DVD, CD, or Download are proprietary and copyrighted. This copyright is protected under UK and International copyright law.
Original-Music, reserve all rights, except for those specifically granted by the licence agreement below. This Licence covers the use of all Original-Music products and includes any additional terms outlined in individual product licences or amendments. We reserve the right to change or update this licence at anytime. This agreement can be found at Original-Music.co.uk
END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence agreement between you and Original-Music. Please read this agreement carefully before using the product. If you choose not to accept this agreement, you must return the product immediately. By using any part of the Contents, you are agreeing to the following terms:
1. The Contents may only be used on 1 computer at any one time by 1 individual.
2. The Contents may be used, changed, and incorporated in your work. For example, you can make music with the contents and distribute the final song on CD or digital release with out restriction. You may NOT: sell, redistribute or incorporate the contents of this collection in a form that is distributed as a creative collection or set. You may not sell or incorporate the contents for distribution on websites containing, audio files, data files, one shot hits, etc. Neither as individual elements or part of a composite. You must accept the Contents “as is” with no express or implied warranty.
3. The Contents may NOT be used with or within a production involving promotion or exploitation of illegal affairs.
4. The Contents may not be transferred to any third parties through networked computers without written licensing being given from Original-Music.co.uk
5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.Original-Music.co.uk, the company 'original-music.co.uk' and all of its officers, directors, employees and agents ("Those Indemnified") for any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with the use of the Data for any purpose. This includes computer data or downloads.
6. You may not sell, sublicence, loan, give, or transfer any part of the Contents to a third-party, unless it is a creative work by you for a client.
7. The Contents of theses sample packs are royalty free and may be published, broadcasted and distributed through broadcast Channels in completed works by you.
8. By downloading or using content you agree to all of the above.
9. 'Original-music' may be refereed to or used as an abbreviation of 'original-music.co.uk' & 'www.original-music.co.uk'.
